About the Client

Created in 1997, Poupatempo is a citizen service program in São Paulo, managed by the Secretariat of Management and Digital Government of the state of São Paulo and operated by Prodesp, the state data processing company.

With a wide range of services, Poupatempo makes citizens' lives easier, offering the issuance of personal documents, renewal of the Driver's License (CNH), vehicle licensing, and much more.

To make access even more practical, the program innovated by installing self-service kiosks in shopping malls, supermarkets, and subway stations, ensuring that the population can use the services with ease and convenience.

The pandemic was a crucial catalyst for the digitalization of Poupatempo's processes, creating an urgent need to expand access to public services.
