In recent years, the Detran-SP has advanced in its digital transformation, automating the infraction process and incorporating cutting-edge technologies and artificial intelligence to improve citizen service.
With the support of the Secretariat of Management and Digital Government, the agency made available more than 50 online services, distributed among User Management, Driver's License, Vehicles, and Infractions.
The major challenge was to ensure the continuous operation of these services while expanding digitization and optimizing the management of a large content library, without compromising usability and accessibility.
